Pamela serves as the Chair of Flying Kites’ Board of Directors and the former President and CEO of Fidelity Charitable, the largest donor-advised fund program in the country. During her tenure, she led the growth in annual sales from $4.5B to $17.5B, assets from $16B to $56B, and clients’ accounts from 185k to 389k. Pamela continues to be a luminary voice in advocating for the power of philanthropy as a Board Member of Foundation Source, Points of Light, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Pamela has served on the Board of Flying Kites since 2020 and has been a life-long advocate for the rights of girls and the power of education.
